How do I know which service to pick?
The situation usually tells you. Moving out or turning a rental between tenants means move-out and rental turnover. Turning a short-term rental between guests means Airbnb turnover cleaning. Want the house cleaned on a regular schedule means recurring residential. Finishing a build or remodel means post-construction. Floor or grout looks worse than cleaning can fix means floor restoration. Dryer takes forever to dry means dryer vent cleaning.
Is your pricing hourly or per visit?
Per visit. Hourly billing pays for slow cleaning; per-visit pricing pays for the result. We quote a fixed price before arrival, itemize the invoice and hold the price unless the scope materially changes.
Can I bundle services in a single visit?
Yes. Bundling is usually cheaper than booking services separately because we save travel time and setup. Common bundles include move-out turnover plus oven degreasing plus dryer vent cleaning, Airbnb turnover plus deep reset, or post-construction final clean plus a floor restoration assessment.
Do you have a minimum job size?
Not really, but the model is not optimized for very small jobs like a single bathroom or one room. Where we win is on full units, full turnovers, full recurring service and remodel finals where checklist documentation and photo reports actually matter.
What if my situation does not fit one of these services?
Send photos and a description and we will figure it out. We either price it as a custom job, route you to a specialist who handles it better than we would, or tell you honestly that it is outside our scope.
